Schwalb Realty offers several value added services that distinguishes our apartment communities from all others. We are continuously changing with our residents ever changing needs. We pride ourselves on not just providing our residents with an apartment but a lifestyle and peace of mind.

Our residents are too busy to worry about maintenance issues and we want them to come home to no hassles!

Our pledge to you is to address any routine maintenance request within 24 hours from the time a written maintenance request is submitted to the Rental Office. We promise to credit you $50.00 off your next months rent should a routine maintenance request not be addressed within 24 hours. Simply notify the Rental Office in writing, within seven days of the original maintenance request, and we will deduct $50.00 from your next months rent, it’s our guarantee to you!

Maintenance strives to complete all routine requests within 24 hours; unfortunately, some non-routine requests will take more than 24 hours due to the need for outside contractors or special suppliers. 24-hour Maintenance Guarantee applies to all routine interior repair items; exceptions include:

• Weather related damage
• Maintenance needs that require warranty work or obtaining warranty parts
• Unusual or unforeseen structural items such as settling buildings, water leaks, plumbing repairs or roof repairs
• Cosmetic repairs or finishes
• Work requiring a subcontractor
• Work requiring unusual, or difficult to obtain parts
• Damage caused by residents
• Fire
• Pest control
  
  Our 24-Hour Maintenance Guarantee applies to all maintenance requests submitted with your permission to enter your apartment. Requests submitted after 5 p.m. will be considered to have been received the following day and any request received after 5 p.m. on a Friday will be considered received the following Monday. Program subject to change and may not be offered at all communities, please see your Rental Office for complete details.
